TNT HOSTS OLYMPIC LEGEND

Olympic legend and triple gold medal winner, Rowdy Gaines, is coming to the Bounds Family YMCA to give a swim clinic for our team on Saturday, June 16 from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Bounds Family Y.

While the clinic is open to the public, it will definitely be a great opportunity for our swimmers to learn champion performance techniques from one of the nation’s foremost swim clinicians, including in water instruction on the four competitive swimming strokes. You will also be able to ask questions, get autographs and take photos with Rowdy. Swimmers will also receive a T-shirt, DVD, and other souvenirs.

If you have not singed up yet, remember that registration ends June 9 and is limited to the first 70 participants.  Parents and coaches are welcome to watch the clinic at no charge.

A WARM RECEPTION

A reception for Rowdy Gaines will be held at the home of Mary Beth and Coach Jan on Friday evening, from 7:00 – 9:00 PM.  Parents of TNT swimmers who are attending the clinic are welcome and will have an opportunity to meet and talk to our guest.  You can learn more about Rowdy at: http://premierespeakers.com/rowdy_gaines/bio
