Fifteen TNT swimmers competed at the 2017 Southeastern Long Course Championships, held July
20 - 23 in Huntsville, AL. TNT had an outstanding meet, accounting for 2 Southern Zone Age Group Championship Qualifiers, 17 New Team Records, 17 Improved Time Standards, and 46 Improved Times. The team finished 19th place in over - all combined team scoring and 16th place in combined age group scoring, among more than 50 competing teams throughout Alabama, Tennessee and the Florida Panhandle.
Southeastern Zone Team Members: Congratulations to Trey Sheils 15 and Letitia Sim 14, who qualified for the 2017 Southern Zone Age Group Championships, being held August 1 - 5 in Tupelo, MS. Both swimmers will compete as members of the Southeastern Age Group All - Star Team. USA Swimming's Southern Zone includes the states of Alabama, Tennessee, Floirida, Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, West Virginia and Kentucky.
